Effect:
You can only activate this card during your main phase 2, during the turn Warrior of Zera is summon to the feild. You may special summon both Archlord Zerato and/or Mazera DeVile by tributing Warrior of Zera form the filed. You must skip your next draw phase and next battle phase. If Pandamonium is on the field you may conduct your draw phase. If Santuary in the Sky is on the field you may conduct your battle phase.

I believe that that spell card shouldn't be made for the both of the monsters(Mazer Deville and Archlord Zerato). But instead, one spell card for the both of them.
